    Coconut has so many healthy qualities to it. Let’s look at a few.

    1. Coconut is the most important nut crop in the world. The palm tree is called “The Tree of Life”.
    2. Coconuts are very nutritious and rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
    3. Once thought of as unhealthy because of being a high saturated fat, we now know that the fat is different from most other fats. Being a saturated fat it will not turn rancid at high heat like vegetable oils. So cooking with it is ideal.
    4. It is the richest source of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). MCT’s are burned for energy and they do not circulate in the bloodstream like other fats. Instead, they are sent straight to the liver and converted into energy. Since the body does not store the fat, eating coconut oil can help with weight loss. I eat 2 Tablespoons in the morning before my workout and have plenty of energy.

    How to make coconut chips

    Step 1 : buy the peeled Coconuts removed brown crust , grated into long thin fibers .
    Step 2 : Wash the grated coconut over several times with cold water to all the oil , then drain.
    Step 3 : Mix the coconut with sugar , coconut soaked for 2 hours or until the coconut , sugar is completely dissolved , while the island can soak about 30 minutes later were infused coconut , if you like can be added with food color color on .
    Step 4 : North coconut on the stove , heat on low heat .
