    • 1 green onion;
    • A little shallots;

    How to make:

    • Wash and chop green onions and shallots. Wash and slice chili peppers.
    • Place a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons cooking oil to the pan, heat. Add chopped onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add tofu and stir-fry for a few minutes. Season with 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1.5 teaspoons sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon pepper. Stir well to absorb the spices.
