Arabica Coffee: After harvesting, the coffee beans are fermented for 1-1.5 days to develop acidity, then roasted at high temperatures to enhance the aroma.
Robusta Coffee: The coffee beans are roasted at high temperatures for 15-20 minutes to allow them to open up from the inside, increasing the flavor.

Arabica coffee: Because cultivation is difficult and requires advanced techniques to produce high-quality beans, Arabica coffee is more expensive than Robusta coffee.
